Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur 24 July 2010. The first CPD to be done at OXCEL House met with a warm welcome with OXCEL Members turning out early in the morning motivated and excited to utilise OXCEL House as their new learning centre. They were greeted with warm smiles from the OXCEL staff and were served with coffee, tea, scones and sandwiches.

The seminar started with a thought provoking welcome from our resident MC Nick Atkinson who gave a great quote. We spend more money on fixing our car, than 'fixing ' our brain. This showed the Members commitment towards improving themselves by following OXCEL's CPDs. This was followed by Prof Dr Peter Shephard sharing global thoughts about how our brain functions, giving a broad base for the OXCEL Members to know what will be thought in the later part of the seminar.

After a short break, the session continued with Peter delving more into the how the brain functions. And explained how a person’s personality type can be used to allocate jobs to maximise their natural ability to get job tasks completed.

The session wrapped up with a English lunch of submarine rolls with chicken ham, mini buns with chutney, fruit tarts and strawberries.
