23 October, 2010 – OXCEL House, Kuala Lumpur: Developing capacity and capability as a professional was the focus of  OXCEL’s inspirational and motivational Continuous Professional Development lecture which was given by OXCEL Asia Pacific Director, Dr Christopher Hill.

After the arrival meet and greets, the session began with Dr Hill delving into the issues a lot of professional face especially when they are caught up in the abyss of the world of impossibilities. This inspirational lecture carried the participants from creative thinking to problem solving and idea generation which is an embodiment of the art of convergent thinking.

With light breakfast during the break time of the session Dr Hill continued highlighting certain factors that hold back professional individuals from performing at their optimum capacity and utilizing their immense capabilities and instructed on ways to get off those grips and move forward.

A truly motivational session that wrapped up leaving the participants feeling like the world was truly their oyster. Speaking of edibles, the closing lunch was a delight.
