Café Barbera, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur 12 February, 2011 – After a splendid Chinese New Year celebration, speaker at the seminar Mr. Michel Gagne, author, International Executive and Corporate Coach delved into the issues surrounding developing one’s capacity and capability as a corporate or business leader. OXCEL’s second monthly Continuous Professional Development (CPD) seminar was inspirational as well as motivational as can be determined from the looks on the faces of the participants at the close of the seminar.
After the arrival meet and greets and sumptuous breakfast courtesy Café Barbera’s exceptional cuisine, the session began with the issues a number of professionals face in trying to develop themselves in order to produce efficient and effective results in their fields. This inspirational lecture carried the participants from creative thinking to problem solving and idea generation which is an embodiment of the art of convergent thinking.
Mr. Gagne continued by highlighting certain factors that hold back professional individuals from performing at their optimum capacity and utilizing their immense capabilities and instructed on ways to get off those grips and move forward.
The day came to a close with great lunch courtesy Café Barbera’s exquisite cuisine.
