Is Your Kid A Leader?

From 1-6 December, 2008, Leaderonomics Youth is organizing the DIODE Youth Leadership Camp for teenagers between 14-18 years old. This camp is to ensure your kid learns leadership and takes their first step to becoming a leader. This camp will equip your teens with the following leadership skills:
1. Personal leadership: understand their strengths and development areas and learn to develop and leverage their strengths. In addition to this, they will learn that leadership is something that needs to be developed.
2. Team Leadership: participants will be working in teams to accomplish special tasks that will teach them about learning from failure, growth and working together. There will also be ample opportunities for campers to form lifetime friendships with the future leaders of the country.
3. Role Modeling: participants will meet and interview top leaders in business and social sectors who will be at the camp to share and teach the campers. These leaders include key company CEOs and industry leaders.
