OXCEL Signs MOU With the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia and Singapore

The OXCEL House radiating in beautiful décor plays host yet again to another milestone achievement for OXCEL as it signs a memorandum of understanding that would see the establishment of the OXCEL Middle East representative office in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and OXCEL Singapore.

The aim of the establishment of these offices is to provide opportunities for prospective OXCEL members in the Middle East and Singapore to develop and enhance their leadership skills as well as continue the proliferation of OXCEL’s internationally recognized and highly innovative programs worldwide.

The event which was chaired by the Director, OXCEL Asia-Pacific representative office Dr Christopher Hill, saw in attendance OXCEL Asia-Pacific CEO and COO Dr Saiful Bahri and Mr Ernest Yeap respectively, OXCEL Chief Advisor Dato’ Ghazali ,Dato’ Yusoff, representatives of OXCEL Middle East headed by Saud Bandar AL Duwaish, representatives of OXCEL Singapore headed by Mr. Victor Gomez, OXCEL facilitators, partners and members.

The occasion was one that exhibited OXCEL’s continuous growth and excellence in its activities which was unanimous in all the speeches that was made. On behalf of OXCEL Dato’ Ghazali Dato’ Yusoff described OXCEL as a global business leader in its vigour to educate and produce more leaders in business, politics and governance. He called on the parties involved to join hands and work together to make the relationship and experience worthwhile.

The occasion was a successful one, ending with smiles of accomplishment and optimism as guests discuss the fascinating potential of this new venture over an English afternoon tea.
