IT&B 4th Anniversary & OXCEL Achievement Award

The Institut of Technology & Business (IT&B) hosted their 4th Anniversary and OXCEL Night of Achievement & Awards Presentation. This event was graced by His Excellency Rudolf Pardede the Governor of North Sumatera. It was a truly memorable event as Tansri Chandra the founder of IT&B launched his book which discussed how his efforts at poverty eradication and welfare contributions in bringing up the living standards of the people of Medan. He was commended by the Governor of North Sumatera for his work during the Governors speech. The event also saw OXCEL Members receiving their certificates and Achievement Medals were presented to VIP guests which included the Deputy Consul of the United States Embassy to Indonesia. The event finished off with a bang with performances by the students of IT&B.

With over 50 participants attending this Conference it was a major success for the OXCEL Indonesia group who will be actively growing the OXCEL Leadership Programmes.

The OXCEL International Conference featured inspiring talks by Maria Rufina who talked about Key Leadership aspects which every leader should posess. It was then followed by Carsten Cziborr who talked about NLP and how it can Influence a customer and how to utilise it to create high performance teams. Dato Shah Rezza closed off the conference by sharing his story of how he developed the worlds premier Islamic Museum in Kelantan.
