The OXCEL International Conference has landed in Medan!

With over 50 participants attending this Conference it was a major success for the OXCEL Indonesia group who will be actively growing the OXCEL Leadership Programmes.

This conference featured inspiring talks by Maria Rufina who talked about Key Leadership aspects which every leader should posess. It was then followed by Carsten Cziborr who talked about NLP and how it can Influence a customer and how to utilise it to create high performance teams. Dato Shah Rezza closed off the conference by sharing his story of how he developed the worlds premier Islamic Museum in Kelantan.
