The day started off with a welcome speech by OXCEL Asia-Pacific Advisor Dato’ Ghazali Bin Dato’ Yusoff and Institute Bank Bank Malaysia CEO Dr Kamal Khir.

The 1st session with Steve Shapiro garnered great response from the crowd with people complementing his innovative approach to Personality Profiling by playing his trademarked game “Personality Poker”. What did they say about him? “An insight to understanding personality and binding these personalities together”, “Great! Innovative and participative”, “Very worthwhile. Good speaker - useful presentation. Very valuable” and “Clear, fun and to the point. Useful tips!”

The 2nd session with Ernesto Verdugo was an interactive session with participants having fun while learning, a capstone of the OXCEL programmes. What did they day about him? “An ideal methodology of naming a related, fun and loving workplace”, “Eye opening! A paradigm changing session”, “Not just a normal speaker but even a great entertainment speaker”, “Opened up 'my soul' to whole new perspective!”, “Fun & Informative. The use of video as example was briliant!” and “Excellent presentation. Lots of fun and true ENTERTAINMENT - memorable performace and useful knowledge approach”

Anita Sarawak & Mahathir Abdullah closed this momentous Conference by sharing their experience of how they both persevered and had their own personal breakthroughs! What did the participants think about their combination? “Nostalgic and remind one of one's roots/self-empowerment is definitely one!”, “They are all excellent and fantastic facilitators!”, “Taught that it is important to follow your dream no matter what. In a glittering closing ceremony, Anita Sarawak, International Diva recieved the OXCEL Lifetime Achievement Award while Steve Shapiro, Ernesto Verdugo and Mahathir Abdullah recieved the OXCEL Leadership Achievement Award.
