Stoje enjoys helping organisations that spans more than one culture to align their people with strategy. During tough times some companies dare to use their internal entrepreneurs to boost the employees’ moral, improve internal systems, expand their customer base and sales and also increase the company’s profit. Stoje will share his experiences from working with such companies in Europe and Russia and give examples of how successes were achieved and also why things went wrong.
Sverre has a background as a lawyer, diplomat and HR Executive and has among different assignments been director of intrapreneurship programs. Stoje runs his own advisory service with South East Asia as his main geographical focus.
