Hasnah Ismail, shared how Integrity is the foundation of a successful business and corporate structure. Hasnah started out by highlighting how without integrity, every aspect of business will breakdown and not function to it’s fullest.
She then highlighted how she and her team built up from ground zero the HR policies of MIMOS that is centered on its people and their innovations.
She summed up her presentation by presenting her building blocks to successfully build a world class organisation.
It is of special mention that Hasnah Ismail has won the Prime Ministers Award for Excellence for her work done at MIMOS.
